Hi! I'm Sam (she/they), it is so nice to meet you! Understanding the symbiotic relationship between the mind and body drove me to begin my path as a Coach and Teacher. Samantha Ellen Wellness is my queer owned & operated small business where I see clients for in-person and virtual personal training, private yoga and nutrition/mindset coaching sessions. I strive to create an environment that feels empowering, safe and limitless for ALL bodies.

Sam is registered with Yoga Alliance and teaches individual/group yoga and fitness classes around the Greater Pittsburgh area.  She believes the body benefits from movement, the mind benefits from stillness and works to create a balance between the two. Sam's goal is to motivate her students to invest in themselves by encouraging them to experience everything from the 8 limbs of yoga to strength/resistance training; because she believes our bodies need it all!
